Based on the original watch that went up the Nanga Parbat in 1953. Watches are made to order for every client.
The movement is specially made for Hercules in collaboration with Manufacture horlogère Vallée de Joux in the middle of the Swiss Jura mountains. This hand wound movement is extra special due to two barrels bringing extra power to the geartrain. This makes it possible to keep running for 120 hours (5 days) when fully wound. The alpinism part comes from the height lines of the Nanga Parbat (like on an old map) engraved in the bridges, filled with BGW9 SuperLuminova. This lights up bright blue in the night, mimicking the permafrost on the top of the mountain.
Chronometer certificate with every single watch.
Choice of strap - this will be confirmed after order is confirmed. Black and brown suede are standard choices, however, there is the possibility to customise further.
