It may be possible to return your order up to 14 days from the date of dispatch if you aren’t happy with it. Please note that there are exceptions*.
Please return items in the same, new condition and in the same original box, with the same (and all) original accessories as when you it arrived with you. If there is any obvious damage, or there is any sign that the item has been used or worn, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given. A video of the opening of the return will be taken by us as evidence when it arrives back to us.
If the item is damaged in any way when your order is delivered to you, you must report the damage to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of the item. We will require specific detail and images of the damaged item to be sent by email, in order to begin discussing how to deal with the return, as we will need to provide this to the courier. Once the item is returned, it will be inspected by us and if there is any evidence that damage has been caused by anything other than in transit, the item will be returned to you and no refund will be given. If you would like us to do so, there may be a charge for any repair work that may be required which is not covered by transit insurance – a quote will be provided and payment will be required in advance of commencing any chargeable work.
For avoidance of doubt, a refund of your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
We reserve the right to refuse or charge up to 25% of the sales price before taxes, to accept a return.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods, either manufactured specifically to fulfil your order, made as a one-off piece, or made to a customer’s specifications, may not be returned.
If the item states “unique piece”, “bespoke”, “manufactured to order”, or “made to order” anywhere within the listing description in our web store listing, no return will be accepted. The reason for this is that we do not keep stock of the item and we will raise an order through a supplier in order to fulfil your order. If you have paid a deposit, it will be at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether a partial, full, or no refund will be given on cancellation of any order.
Customers are liable for the return of any item, as well as postage costs. The item must be fully insured and proof of postage must be given.
When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 7 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address associated with the original order.
Once we have received and inspected the item in question, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.
