Payments can be made by all major Debit and Credit cards, as well as PayPal and direct bank transfer. All card and PayPal payments can be processed directly through our online shop. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, this can also be arranged.
Do you offer finance?
Unfortunately, we are currently not authorised to offer finance.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can arrange a payment plan on an item of up to 6 months to suit your budget. We will not release any item for delivery until payment is received in full. Feel free to contact us to discuss your options.

Do you charge VAT?
UK VAT is charged on orders with a UK delivery address. No VAT is charged on Goods which are delivered to countries outwith the UK.
Do you ship Internationally?

How long will my order take to arrive?
All items have an estimated delivery time noted within the product listing in the shop. We aim to provide as accurate a delivery time as possible and will update you with changes to the delivery time, whether it’s a delay or a faster delivery than expected.
Can I return an item?

What length of warranty is provided?
All purchases come with a manufacturer warranty. This will differ depending on the brand’s policy, however, in most cases, it is at least 2 years.
Do you offer an after-care service or repairs?
We do not offer this in-house, however can advise on your options. It is generally best to return your watch to the manufacturer to service. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss.
How often should I service a watch?
Depending on the brand and movement type, it is recommended to service your watch every 2 – 5 years.
